GET MOVING AND KEEP MOVING (10 ways to stay motivated.)

Place your outfit out the night before. This includes anything you will need for your workout: Shirt, pants/shorts, sneakers, undergarments, headphones, etc.
Make a workout playlist. This playlist should give you energy and motivate you.
Remind yourself of your "why" for being active and how important it is.
Find a workout buddy, accountability partner or download an app. Find a way to be held accountable.
Set small, manageable goals. Do not overwhelm yourself by trying to do too much too fast.
Reward yourself. If you hit your activity goal for the week, reward yourself with that fancy coffee or new top you wanted!
Decide your preferred workout environment. Do you prefer a gym setting? Your house? Outside? Do you prefer to take a group exercise class?
Schedule it! Put it on your calendar. When we schedule it, it becomes a priority.
Have a plan for your activity/workout. Are you going to go for a run today? Go through a full body dumbbell circuit? Don't start a workout without a plan but be open to adjusting it as needed.
Make it enjoyable. This doesn't mean your workout won't be tough or challenging but you should find some enjoyment in what you do.
