Berry, Berry Good Protein Shake!

Are you ready to supercharge your morning?! This shake is delicious and nutritious! It is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fiber to give you the energy to take on your day. It is also loaded with protein to help you stay full!
Ingredients:
(1 serving )
1-2 scoops of your favorite protein (chocolate or vanilla flavored). You want to get around 20 grams of protein. The nutrition label should tell you how many scoops are needed.
1 ¼ cup of mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and cherry make an INCREDIBLE combination.) You can use fresh or frozen. I prefer frozen, they help give the shake a great consistency and they do not go moldy!
1 cup of your favorite milk or water.
¼ -½ of a banana (optional.) Banana will help give your smoothie a thicker consistency
*Ice cubes (depends on the desired consistency of the shake)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until thick and smooth. Add water or more milk if the shake is too thick, or some ice if it isn't thick enough.
