THESE CHALLENGES ARE DIFFERENT AND THIS IS HOW IT IS DONE. 
 

Real Accountabiliy 

For the duration of the challenge complete 5-6 workouts a week, with optional bonus workout. Check off the exercises as you do them.You will have the ability to see and do the workouts you missed the past week. Receive actual check-ins by me. I am notified when you complete a workout, log a meal, etc. I can also see the last time you logged in. I personally respond to messages and questions. No bots, no other people, just me

Community Forum 

Take part in the community forum. Create new relationships, feel motivated and empowered. Post about your workouts, experiences with the challenge, ask a question and more. I am actively involved in the forum. I read and respond to all posts. I also post in the forum. No bots, just me! ​

Habit Building & Stacking 

Besides workouts, you are given habits (such as drinking 8 cups of water, getting outside for 15 minutes) to complete. Living a healthy life is more than just exercise. Learn and build nutrition habits that are maintainable for the long run

Leadboards

Bring out your competitive side! Can you top one of the leaderboards? Sync your Fitbit, Garmin or Apple watch and get those steps in! Stay committed and complete the most workouts. Maybe you can complete the most tasks. Some tasks include getting outside for 20 minutes, making a smoothie from the recipie book and posing it in the forum, posting your workout on social, completing the weekly win form.  A little friendly competition can motivate you to push harder and break through limitations you thought you had. 

Preview the workout and the exercises before starting so you are full prepared.
